Refund policy

Once you place an order, all sales are final on all products.




If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within seven days of your receipt date for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after seven days of your receipt date. Please contact customer service at orders@maatcosmetics.com, with your order number and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions.

Both parties acknowledge that their relationship under this Agreement is purely commercial. No consumer protection laws or regulations are applicable to their transactions.
